NBA star Josh Hart trolls Robert Griffin III for bizarre ‘Croissant O’Clock’ post: ‘Craziest tweet I’ve ever seen’

Knicks forward Josh Hart was one of many people to troll former NFL quarterback Robert Griffin III over a bizarre post on Friday.

Griffin and his wife, Grete, are in Paris taking in the Olympics and the former Washington passer shared a photo of the couple eating an enormous croissant to his X page.

But the post, which has been viewed 18.5million times, has been widely mocked and Hart joined that chorus as well, saying ‘this might be the craziest tweet I ever seen.

‘[I don’t know] if Jesus himself could make me post this,’ he added. 

Hart wasn’t the only athlete to poke fun at Griffin, as former Ravens wideout Torrey Smith wrote, ‘They are about to cook you.’

And that’s exactly what happened as fans made sexual innuendos and made fun of the fact that Griffin had his eyes closed while eating the huge pastry.

Griffin certainly saw the messages and in fairness, was a good sport about it.  

‘Not gon lie…..y’all got us in stitches over here with these replies and quotes,’ he wrote.

‘How long would it take you to eat this buttery greatness?’

He later posted a lighthearted video about #CroissantGate,’ proclaiming, ‘I guess a man can’t enjoy a croissant with his wife and post it on the internet.’

Griffin has been actively posting on X from the Paris Olympics, and attended Team USA’s unfortunate 4×100 men’s relay on Friday.
