Nelly’s accuser claims rape but lawyer says she’s lying

TMZ reported that Nelly’s accuser said he told her to ‘shut up’ and raped her without a condom in Washington

The woman who accused Nelly of rape claims he forced her to have sex without a condom but the rapper asserts that she is lying and that he has proof.

TMZ reported that the Seattle native, 21, said she met Nelly at a club in Washington and got ‘tipsy’ with her friends at his table.

She claims to have been invited to an after-party with the St. Louis rapper, and was taken to his tour bus.

The woman asserts that Nelly tried to have sex with her in his room and she said no. She then says that he told her to ‘shut up’ and forced her to have sex without a condom, even though she objected.

Allegedly, Nelly offered her money but she refused.

She says she was then told by a woman that ‘you gotta go’ and was kicked off the tour bus. $100 was thrown at her, according to the woman.

‘It does not surprise me that she wanted to have her story publicized. That is playbook 101 of a person with an agenda and clearly she has one. The agenda is money, fame and notoriety,’ said the rapper’s lawyer, Scott Rosenblum.
