New Covid-19 case is detected in Bondi as authorities scramble to find the origin of the infection
A locally acquired case of Covid-19 has reportedly been found in Sydney’s eastern suburbs.
A positive case is reported to have been detected in Bondi, sources close to the Eastern Suburbs local health district told The Daily Telegraph.
Contact tracers are racing to find the origin of the infection, the sources said.
New South Wales Health is expected to make an official announcement shortly.
