New film posters remove all signs of Kevin Spacey

New movie posters for Ridley Scott’s All the Money in the World were released on Friday – and they show no sign of disgraced film star Kevin Spacey.

The newly ordered posters bear the name of the film’s stars, including Michelle Williams, Mark Wahlberg, and Christopher Plummer.

Plummer was tapped to replace Spacey as billionaire oil tycoon J. Paul Getty just six weeks before the film’s scheduled open.

Spacey’s scenes are scheduled to be re-filmed with Plummer taking his place after the House of Cards star was axed from the movie in the wake of allegations that he sexually assaulted over a dozen men.

Spacey’s scenes were already shot, and with Oscar buzz already surrounding the film, it had to keep its December 22 release date to remain in contention.

One of the two new posters, which were first published by Entertainment Weekly, shows Wahlberg and Williams being hounded by press photographers.

The other poster shows blood dripping from a human ear that has a $100 bill superimposed on it.

The film is based on the true story of Getty, who refused to pay the $17million ransom when his grandson was kidnapped in Italy at the age of 16 in 1973, despite being the richest man in the world at the time.

Kidnappers famously sent both the teen’s severed right ear and a lock of his hair to the family in an attempt to convince them to pay the ransom.

The reshoots with Plummer begin next week, but he said he feels very little pressure.

‘Actually just to learn my lines, because it has to be done very quickly before they release the picture,’ he said.

But Plummer doesn’t feel that he’s filling in for Spacey.

‘No. Not at all because we were both up for the part – the same part – months ago, so in a funny, ironic way it’s coming back to me.’

Spacey’s removal from the film appears to be the least of his problems.

This past week, the Oscar-winner was accused of sexual harassment by 20 people during his time at The Old Vic.

The theater, one of Britain’s major theatrical institutions, originally said no complaints had been made against the actor when allegations first came to light last month.

But bosses today admitted the complaints had been made about the Hollywood star to a hotline set up by the theater in the wake of the scandal.

Spacey was artistic director at the theater for 11 years from 2004.

A statement from The Old Vic said: ‘The investigation resulted in 20 personal testimonies shared of alleged inappropriate behavior carried out by Kevin Spacey during his time as Artistic Director.

‘Despite having the appropriate escalation processes in place, it was claimed that those affected felt unable to raise concerns and that Kevin Spacey operated without sufficient accountability. This is clearly unacceptable and The Old Vic truly apologises for not creating an environment or culture where people felt able to speak freely.’

Last week, prosecutors in Massachusetts said they wanted to speak with one of 15 men who have come forward with sexual assault or harassment allegations against Spacey.

Cape and Islands district attorney Michael O’Keefe in Massachusetts said he will interview the teenage son of Boston news anchor Heather Unruh, who accused Spacey of sexually assaulting him at a bar in July 2016.

Unruh’s son is one of 15 men who have come forward to allege that Spacey either harassed, assaulted, or attempted to rape them, according to USA Today.

Five of the accusers said the alleged incidents took place when they were teenagers.

The latest man to come forward with assault allegations is Andy Holtzman.

Holtzman claims that in the summer of 1981, Spacey groped him in New York, USA Today reported.

On October 29, Star Trek: Discovery star Anthony Rapp told BuzzFeed that Spacey made sexual advances toward him when the two were in Spacey’s New York apartment in 1986, when he was just 14 years old.

Spacey said he didn’t remember the specifics of the encounter, but that he nonetheless apologized to Rapp.

In the same statement, Spacey acknowledged that he was a homosexual – which drew sharp criticism from gay rights advocates who accused him of trying to deflect attention away from sexual assault allegations by coming out of the closet and of playing on common stereotypes that gays were naturally inclined toward pedophilia.

The day after Rapp went public, another actor, Robert Cavazos, wrote a Facebook post in which he accused Spacey of fondling him at the Old Vic theater in London.

The day after Cavazos’ post, Daniel Beal told The Sun that Spacey exposed himself to him in 2010, when he was a 19-year-old bartender in West Sussex.

Last week, Justin Dawes told BuzzFeed that in 1988, he and a friend were invited to Spacey’s apartment, where the actor had pornography playing on the television.

Dawes was just 16 years old at the time.

Harry Dreyfus, an actor and writer and the son of Richard Dreyfus, also alleged that Spacey groped his genitals.

Similar accusations were made by documentary filmmaker Tony Montana.

London police are investigating claims made by an anonymous man who says that Spacey sexually assaulted him in 2008.
