New Jersey man sentenced to five years in prison

  • Euno Roque-Guerrero, 27, was found with the girl in his car back in February
  • Police say he told them that they were dating and were in a parking lot late at night to avoid detection
  • He pleaded guilty back in July to child endangerment and will need to register as a sex offender
  • Roque-Guerrero was also forced to relinquish his pharmacy technician registration and could face deportation

A New Jersey man has been sentenced to five years in prison after police discovered he was having a sexual relationship with his 11-year-old female relative.

Euno Roque-Guerrero, of Waterford Township, was found with the girl in his car the night of February 20, NJ.com reports.

Police had said they noticed a suspicious vehicle behind a shopping plaza in Hammonton before midnight.

He admitted to kissing and touching the girl

After police approached the car, they said Roque-Guerrero, 27, admitted he was dating the girl and that he had kissed and touched her.

In a police statement seen by the Courier Post, he apparently ‘said they were in the car at the parking lot because they couldn’t go to their homes because their age difference’. 

Roque-Guerrero pleaded guilty to child endangerment in July and will register as a sex offender.

He also must give up his registration as a pharmacy technician as part of his crime.

Officials say he also could face deportation but did not specify to which country.
