An Upper East Side plastic surgeon who had his medical license revoked more than a decade ago has been jailed for performing illegal surgeries.

Brad Jacobs – once billing himself one of the most famous plastic surgeons in history- and Dr Nicholas Sewell were indicted on charges that they colluded to conduct illegal surgeries for more than 60 patients over four years.

One patient even suffered ‘permanent disfigurement’ from surgery, according to New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman.

“It is unconscionable that an unlicensed surgeon would take advantage of unsuspecting patients like this,” said Schneiderman to the New York Daily News.

Jacobs’ medical license was snatched in 2007 after the Health Department documented close to 30 misconduct charges, including having sex and sharing drugs with patients.

Known for bragging about his exclusive clientele including Playboy models, Jacobs teamed with Sewell in 2011 and started conducting surgeries from 150 East 61st Street in Manhattan.

Patients paid in either cash or handwritten checks to allow the duo to get away with their illegal activity. While Sewell was a licensed physician, they both lied claiming Jacobs was as well.

Both were charged Thursday with multiple felony counts of assault, larceny fraud and money laundering.

Jacobs was taken to jail on Thursday and both face up to 25 years in prison.

Both were arraigned on Thursday with Jacobs’ bail set at $4million bond, $2million cash, while Sewell has to cough up $2million cash or bond.
