Newly single Leonardo DiCaprio bikes with his boys in New York City

Leonardo DiCaprio looked casual while walking around New York City on Saturday. 

The 47-year-old actor wore a white t-shirt and gray shorts that stopped just above his knees. 

He walked in comfortable-looking black sneakers and pulled a baseball cap with the NBA symbol in the middle low over his eyes. 

The Shutter Island star wore a gray-blue face covering to protect his identity while making his way through the concrete jungle. 

He rode a Citi Bike through the streets during his sunny afternoon out which came just a couple days after news broke that he’s romantically interested in 27-year-old model Gigi Hadid. 

‘Leo does have his sights set on Gigi, but she hasn’t shown an interest,’  according to a report from Us Weekly on Wednesday, September 7.

Moving on: DiCaprio’s appearance out came just a couple weeks after he and longtime girlfriend Camila Morrone broke up (pictured 2018)

‘They’re friends, but she doesn’t want to be romantic with [him] right now.’

The insider also added that though the star has ‘his sights’ on the mother-of-one, she ‘doesn’t have her sights on him.’

Gigi is also dealing with a recent break-up as she broke up with One Direction boybander Zayn Malik in October after dating on/off since 2015 and welcoming a child, named Khai, together in September 2020. 

Last week InTouch, reported that ‘Leo and Gigi have hooked up a few times this summer.

Another one of their sources said that it is ‘casual and not a constant thing,’ however, a different source for the publication said that they are just hanging out as friends.

The two seem to have run in similar social circles over the years as back in December 2019, Us Weekly reported that Leo and Gigi partied together at an Art Basel Miami afterparty alongside Kendall Jenner and Gigi’s sister Bella Hadid. 

Meanwhile his most recent ex, Camila Morrone, is moving on with her life as a source told People on Wednesday: ‘Camila is doing fine.  She has a big group of friends that really care about her. She is moving on with her life. She is not in contact with Leo.’

DiCaprio and Morrone’s breakup occurred shortly after her birthday in July — which resulted in the actor being joked about online for seemingly only dating women under age 25.

She’s since moved into a new apartment in Malibu and Leonardo is reportedly already on the prowl for a new flame.

It’s been claimed that Leonardo has been ‘partying every night’ since parting way with his girlfriend of four years, hanging out with his ‘old crew and some girls’ according to Page Six.

He was snapped trying to keep a low profile at exclusive NYC nightclub the Ned NoMad on Tuesday night, donning a baseball cap and dressed in all black.

The club, owned by nightlife mogul Richie Akiva, opened its doors to exclusive members in Manhattan at the end of June.

The Wolf of Wall Street star reportedly partied with a squad of models, aged 21 and 23, at the Ned which includes access to a rooftop bar, terrace restaurant, 167 bedrooms and a Cecconi’s restaurant.
