Neymar mocks Erling Haaland as he COPIES the wonderkid’s zen celebration after scoring

Neymar mocks Erling Haaland as he copies wonderkid’s zen celebration after scoring for PSG against Dortmund… before ENTIRE squad does it after the final whistle

Neymar mocked Erling Haaland by imitating the Norwegian’s zen celebration during PSG’s 2-0 win over Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League last-16 second leg.

Haaland netted twice in the first leg to give Dortmund a 2-1 victory, but Neymar had the last laugh when he scored 28 minutes into the return fixture.

The Brazilian dived to head in Angel Di Maria’s inswinging corner and celebrated by sitting down in front of the Dortmund bench, crossing his legs and performing a meditative pose.

Les Parisiens took another significant step towards the quarter-finals when Juan Bernat flicked in from Pablo Sarabia’s cross, and the hosts defended diligently in the second half to secure a 3-2 aggregate win.

Neymar was involved in a fracas in the closing minutes. He stood up to Emre Can after being fouled by the former Liverpool midfielder who responded by throwing him to the ground. The former Liverpool man swiftly received marching orders from Anthony Taylor.

Haaland had an off night at Parc des Princes. The fixture was played behind closed doors in order to prevent the spread of Coronavirus but the teenager was himself little more than a spectator, such was Presnel Kimpembe’s defensive dominance.

The Ligue 1 champions decided to rub salt into the wound at full-time by gathering on the pitch and performing Haaland’s celebration in unison.

Neymar has now been directly involved in 38 goals in 28 home Champions League appearances. He has never been on a losing side in a home European match, registering 25 wins and three draws.

PSG have reached the Champions League quarter-finals for the first time since 2016 having exited the competition at the last-16 stage in the last three seasons.
