NFL star Xavien Howard ‘sent revenge porn photos and videos to his victim’s own SON because she refused to have an abortion,’ lawsuit claims

Former Miami Dolphins cornerback Xavien Howard allegedly sent sexually explicit images of an ex-girlfriend to her teenage son in a failed attempt to pressure the woman to have an abortion, according to a court filing obtained by DailyMail.com.

The document was filed anonymously on Thursday in Broward County, Florida by the woman’s son, who was a minor at the time he allegedly received the explicit images of his mother from Howard.

‘Mr. Howard denies the claims and looks forward to prevailing in a court of law,’ Florida law firm GrayRobinson Shareholder Ted Craig told DailyMail.com in a statement on behalf of Howard, who is currently a free agent after being released by the Dolphins in March.

John Doe’s attorneys Cam Justice and Adriana Alcalde are seeking permission for their client to sue Howard in Broward County as part of his mother’s pending lawsuit. The NFL free agent’s attorneys have repeatedly tried and failed to have the case dismissed and have accused Jane Doe of seeking a multi-million dollar payout.

Jane Doe’s outstanding lawsuit accuses Howard taking sexually explicit videos of her and sharing them with multiple other people. But Thursday’s filing from her son claims Howard ‘went on a warpath’ against Jane Doe after he tried and failed to pressure her into aborting a pregnancy. Seeking revenge, Howard sent the explicit images of Jane Doe to her son, resulting in ‘significant emotional distress’ for John Doe, who is now over the age of 18.

The alleged dispute began in September of 2022 when Jane Doe was told via Instagram that she was the victim of a revenge porn plot.

‘On or about September 25, 2022, Jane Doe received an Instagram message from a

third-party female, claiming she was in possession of several sexually explicit videos that

Defendant sent her of him having sex with various women,’ read Thursday’s filing obtained by DailyMail.com. ‘This third-party female told Jane Doe that she believed Jane Doe was one of the women in the sexually explicit videos. Jane Doe sent the third-party female her cell number and asked her to send the videos so she could see them.’

‘The multiple text messages show the sexually explicit videos Defendant disseminated to the third-party female, who then forwarded them to Jane Doe,’ the filing continues. ‘Several of the videos are of Jane Doe and directly identify her. The videos of Jane Doe depict hard core, full-on sexual intercourse with Howard and are terribly devastating to her.’

Howard is accused of sending ‘sexually explicit material of Mother to her minor son, John Doe, on or around September 19, 2022.’

Although Jane Doe deleted the images from her son’s phone, he later saw them on his iCloud account.

Howard has faced a number of lawsuits in Broward County for everything from paternity to domestic violence and assault. He was also accused in 2023 of knowingly giving a woman a sexually transmitted disease, although his attorney in that case insists the allegation is ‘fabricated.’

The Houston native starred at Baylor from 2012 through 2015 before becoming a second-round pick in the 2026 NFL Draft.

He has since led the NFL in interceptions twice, but four-time Pro Bowl selection was waived by the Dolphins in March to clear $18 million in cap room for the upcoming season.
