Police arrested a New Hampshire man on Friday for allowing an 11-year-old boy to drive an SUV with the child’s three-year-old brother in the back seat.
The officer who stopped the vehicle Friday in Manchester allegedly removed the keys from the ignition and placed the boy in the back seat.

An officer on Putnam Street reportedly saw ‘several motor vehicle infractions.’
‘Moreno, who was seated in the passenger seat, exited the car and attempted to speak with the officer before he made his way to the driver’s window,’ according to Lt. Brian O’Keefe of the Manchester Police Department.
The officer pulled over a 2002 Acura MDX over near Blucher Street after the driver broke several traffic violations, according to O’Keefe.

‘The officer ordered him back to his vehicle as he approached the driver of the Acura,’ he continued.
The Manchester resident was sitting in the passenger seat of the car when this happened.
Police revealed that the mother of the children, Moreno’s girlfriend, came to pick up the young kids.
Moreno is not related to either the 11-year-old or the three-year-old.
He was scheduled to appear at Hillsborough County Superior Court on Monday but it is not certain whether he has a lawyer or not.
