Nicole Kidman and her country singer husband Keith Urban have knocked nearly half a million dollars off the asking price of their rustic retreat in Franklin, Tennessee.
The home, about half an hour from Nashville, was listed for $3.45million in December 2017 and is now reduced by $500,000 for a quick sale.

The couple bought the 35-acre property in 2007 for $2.45million and initially hoped to make a $1million profit by selling it.
However, the home is now listed for sale at $2,999,950.
The 5,086-square foot pad includes four bedrooms, and four full and two half bathrooms.
Rolling green hills and thick forests of trees surround the long, gravel walk leading to the red brick home, conjuring up images of pre-1950s America.
