Nicole Kidman, Natalie Portman and Serena Williams lead the A-list stars cheering on Simone Biles and the Artistic Gymnastics teams at the women’s Olympics final in Paris

Nicole Kidman, Natalie Portman and Serena Williams led the stars attending the women’s finals of Artistic Gymnastics in the Olympics in Paris on Tuesday.

The A-listers were cheering on American gymnast Simone Biles who participated in the final as part of the US team.

Actress Nicole, 57, appeared in good spirits as she watched the event alongside her daughters Sunday Rose, 16, and Faith, 13, who she shares with husband Keith Urban.

The film star cut a casual figure for the day as she sported a cream blouse with a frilled layered detail.

Letting her blonde locks fall loose down her shoulders, Nicole also wore a pair of blue jeans.

Serena, 42, put on a leggy display in a black short-sleeved mini dress which she wore with bright blue trainers.

Styling her locks into loose waves, the tennis star also wore a chunky gold necklace for the day.

Film director Spike, 67, wore a USA white vest top along with a matching cap and dark tracksuit bottoms.

US gymnast Simone Biles performed during the final with her husband Jonathan Owens and her parents Nelle and Ron also in attendance.

It comes after Nicole and her family were spotted watching 14-year-old Aussie skateboarder Chloe Covell compete.

Nicole also shares adopted son Connor, 29, and daughter Isabella, 32, with ex husband Tom Cruise.

However her hopes of mending her estranged relationship with her son appear to be shattered.

According to New Idea, the actress now fears she has lost him to Scientology for good and any chance of reconciliation the two seems unlikely.

The heartbreaking revelation comes after Connor recently unveiled a new tattoo that signifies his unwavering commitment to the controversial religion.

‘Nicole’s ache for her son is very real and extremely painful,’ a source told New Idea.

‘But seeing Connor double down on his devotion to Scientology with a permanent inking on his body will be hard for her to take.’

The tattoo in question, which reads ‘1938’ and is inked on Connor’s arm, is believed to reference the first mention of Scientology by its founder, L. Ron Hubbard.

Sources allege the new ink signifies Connor as ‘some kind of “prince” of Scientology,’ signalling his rise within the church’s ranks — a development that deeply concerns Nicole.

Connor and his sister Isabella have remained devoted Scientologists since their parents’ highly publicised split in 2001.

The siblings have maintained a noticeable distance from their mother, allegedly due to her status as a ‘Suppressive Person’ within the church.

‘Nicole knows Connor and Bella are enveloped in their dad’s religion and will always respect that,’ the source added.

‘She had hoped they might grow out of it once they got older or at least give her the opportunity to explain. However, if Connor is being earmarked for a senior role in the organisation, Nicole knows she has probably lost him forever.’

Nicole has said in the past she prefers to keep her relationship with her kids private.

Tom and Connor have been spotted out on occasion attending sporting events together. Tom shares daughter Suri, 18, with ex-wife Katie Holmes, 45.
