North Korea has labelled Australia ‘suicidal’ for its ongoing allegiance to the United States.
The rogue state says ‘counter-measures of justice’ will be enforced if Australia continues ‘blindly following’ the US-led military presence in the area.
‘This is a suicidal act of inviting disaster, as it is an illustration of political immaturity unaware of the seriousness of the current situation,’ North Korea said through its state news agency.

‘Australia followed the US to the Korean War, the Vietnamese War and the ‘war on terrorism’, but heavy loss of lives and assets were all that it got in return’
Australia has been participating with the US and South Korea in the annual Ulchi Freedom Guardian drills. The war games are the world’s largest computerised simulation of a real-war situation, motivated in case of a North Korean invasion.
About 25 Australian soldiers have taken part in the military exercise involving over 80,000 troops.
North Korea have traditionally taken the war games as a sign of aggression towards the nation, and decried Australia’s continual, yet minor, involvement.
‘Not long after the Australian Prime Minister had stated that they would join in the aggressive moves of the US, even referring to ANZUS which exists in name only, the Australian military announced that they would dispatch their troops to the aggressive nuclear exercises of the US,’ the spokesman said.

The DPRK said Australia have failed to adhere to its own domestic issues and is wasting its time deploying in the region.
‘The Australian government had better devote time and energy to maintaining peace of its own country, instead of forgetting the lessons learned in the past and joining the US in the moves for nuclear war.
‘Countries like Australia that join the military adventure against the DPRK, blindly following the US, will never avoid the counter-measures of justice by the DPRK.’
