Notorious vegan activist Tash Peterson subjected to a chilling threat after her latest deceptive stunt in Perth

A notorious Australian vegan activist has filmed herself listening to horrifying threats made about her on the streets of Perth.

Tash Peterson was told by a man who had no idea whom he was talking to that if she went to his friend’s farm, she would be made to ‘vanish’.

In her latest bizarre stunt that tricked those involved, Peterson and her partner Jack Higgs had dressed up as farmers with signs saying ‘Farmers Union against Vegans say NO! to VEGANISM’.

She filmed encounters of people coming up to her and expressing their strong opinions about her, unaware that she was the one they were talking about.

‘Some guy just came up to me talking about me, obviously not knowing that it’s me, thinking I’m actually an animal farmer,’ she said.

Peterson recorded the man saying: ‘She is despicable. She is beyond despicable.’

‘I’ve got mates who are farmers and I tell you what they said, ‘Come on our property you’ll vanish’,’ the man told Ms Peterson.

Oblivious to who he was speaking to, the man then remarked on Peterson’s scantily-clad attire and use of fake blood in her stunts.

‘I mean just the way she does it in front of children in blood and bikinis. I think she’s got mental issues,’ he said.

Instead of fighting back, Peterson remained calm and  egged the man.

‘Yeah, I think that b**** should end up in a slaughterhouse too,’ she told the man, referring to herself.

While Peterson has since admitted the stunt was a social experiment, she’s yet to clarify why she and Higgs dressed up pretending to be farmers.

Though the reaction on the streets of the Perth CBD was poor, Peterson got a much more positive reaction from viewers after posting footage of her latest stunt online.

‘They disappear millions of lives per year, of course that’s how they talk about you,’ one viewer commented.

Another added: ‘You’re an amazing actor. I’m glad you’re on the right side of history and using these skills for good.’

A third wrote: ‘Damn I wish you would have revealed yourself to him at the end!

‘I wanted to have that as a payoff, plus I don’t think its good to send him off in agreement.’

Just days earlier, Peterson sparked outrage and confusion after she took to the streets in a bikini and fake blood to protest the sale of items made from animal skin.

The near-naked activist protested outside the David Jones on Hay Street in Perth’s CBD last Monday in a joint stunt with animal rights organisation PETA.

She made her message loud and clear by lying on top of a ‘blood-soaked chopping block’ which read: ‘David Jones: Drop Wild-Animal Skins’.

‘Animals are brutally tortured, abused and murdered their skins alive to be turned into your jacket, your shoes, bags and belts,’ Peterson said.

In August, Peterson paid a heavy price for storming a restaurant, sparking a cheeky response from the owner.

She pleaded guilty to two trespass and disorderly behaviour charges for two separate stand-offs at Fyre restaurant in the northern Perth suburb of Connolly last year.

Peterson was banned from leaving Western Australia due a six-month community-based order issued by a magistrate in Joondalup Magistrates Court, and was also hit with thousands of dollars in fines.

Fyre didn’t hide its delight when the restaurant commented on the outcome of the case on its Facebook page.

‘So Peterson pleaded guilty to the offences she committed at our venue over a year ago,’ the post read.

‘She received a six-month community order of 30 hours ‘s*** picking’, $2,300 in fines and costs on top. Thanks WA Police, we at Fyre love you all.’
