Daly’s new apartment is situated on a three-building complex with 74 apartments covering 6,956sqm built by Blue Sox Developments.

Featuring expansive views, a fabulous kitchen and cosy bedrooms, the flat is a promising investment in an area that has seen rapid expansion in the last two years.

Best estimates indicate its rental price will be $375 a week.

Famous for not missing a game since joining Manly Sea Eagles in 2011, Daly recently sold off two other properties.

One was a permanent address for the rugby league player and his partner in Curl Curl, in Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

Bought in 2014 for $1.335million, they sold the home for $1.9million and moved closer to the beach into a spread worth $3.4million.

In 2019, Daly scored $1.65million for a Mermaid Beach investment home he had bought in 2015 for $1.45million.
