NRL legend Paul ‘Fatty’ Vautin and his wife Kim have finally off-loaded their Queensland penthouse – at a heavily discounted price.

NRL legend Paul ‘Fatty’ Vautin and his wife Kim have finally off-loaded their Queensland penthouse – at a heavily discounted price

Purchased for $1.8million in 2009 by the former Footy Show host, the apartment is one of three in the block and can be accessed by private elevator.

The Vautins sold the property so they can buy elsewhere and build their ‘dream home’.

Originally a holiday getaway for the couple, the home is located a street away from beautiful Nobby Beach.

Covering two floors, the penthouse features a huge rooftop terrace on the upper level, a bedroom and an additional storage space.

A keen renovator, Kim Vautin has given the penthouse a few makeovers over the years to keep the place up-dated.

The spectacular 360-degree view from the large terrace was a major lure for the couple when they first purchased the property.

The Vautins own two other rental properties on the Gold Coast.
