The sale of the five-bedroom, four-bathroom Brisbane mansion came just days after it was listed without a price guide.
The luxury Mediterranean-style two-storey home was scheduled to go under the hammer at auction on August 3.
But the home, located in Grange, 6kms from the CBD, was snapped up by a buyer after just one inspection, reports The Courier Mail.
According to the publication, 198 people turned up to a walk through of the property on its only open day.
Realestate.com reports the home was the most viewed listing on the site and had attracted 13,000 views by July 15.
The median price for homes in the neighbourhood is $2.3million.
Darius and Kayla completed renovations on the property last year after purchasing the block in 2022 for $1.6million.

They knocked down the post-war home which originally occupied the site.
The pair brought in Rouge Architect and builders CHS to complete construction on the beautiful home, which they called Mala in honour of a late friend of Kayla’s who died three years ago.
Designed with an obvious ‘Spanish’ influence, the property boasts a pool and entertainment deck with adjoining patio and covered terrace.

Darius retired from first-class footy in 2020 after a distinguished career playing with the Broncos as well as St. George and the Newcastle Knights.
He tied the knot with Kayla in 2012.
The couple share three children, daughters Willow, eight, Romi Yves, four, and Gia, three.
In April, they revealed they were expecting a fourth child, a boy, who is due in August.
