NRL star Luke Burgess and fiancée Tori May take trip to England after announcing they’re expecting second child months after engagement

Luke Burgess and his long-time partner Tori May are expecting their second child together, and they’ve decided to take a babymoon before the birth. 

The couple have headed back to the NRL player’s native England, sharing a sweet image outside Buckingham Palace. 

The pair rugged up against the cold for the sweet image, which was shared to Luke’s Instagram Stories on Tuesday. 

They had earlier enjoyed another getaway to Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort on Queensland’s Gold Coast. 

The couple announced the happy news of their new pregnancy in a joint Instagram post on Easter Sunday.

The NRL star, 37, and his fiancée, who became engaged last year, were both tagged in sweet images of Tori’s bump and ultrasound. 

‘One of us had a few too many Easter choccy eggs,’ Tori wrote in her caption alongside photos of her growing bump. 

She wore a black swimsuit in the images with her face just out of frame and her blossoming belly on display. 

The loved-up couple became engaged at Shelly Beach in NSW in December.

Tori was seen happily showing off her dazzling engagement ring in a bikini as she rests it on her hunky man’s chest.

In a second image, the lovebirds are seen locking lips and cuddling as they celebrate the joyous occasion.

Luke captioned the moment with some tender words.

’23/12/23… She said YES!’ he began, adding a ring emoji. 

‘The perfect way to bring 2023 to an end. We are so excited to start this next chapter of our lives together,’ he continued.

The couple have been dating since early 2020 and share one-year-old daughter, Charlotte. 

Luke already shares daughter Grace, eight, with his ex-partner Yolanda Hodgson. 

The pair dated for seven years until 2019. 

Luke first made his name in the UK with Leeds Rhinos in the English Super League, winning a title in 2009.

He then moved to Australia ahead of the 2011 NRL season, signing a deal alongside his three siblings – Sam as well as twins, George and Tom – at South Sydney Rabbitohs.
