A New York City commuter has been flashing women his genitals on the subway as he rides along the metro without pants or underwear.
Dressed in a long camouflage T-shirt, the unidentified suspect has revealed his private parts to at least three women over the past month and a half while riding Manhattan R trains, according to police.
Authorities have released surveillance footage of the suspect, who wears his long black hair slicked-back, sneakers and a backpack.
Police release footage of man who they say has been exposing himself on Manhattan R trains
The alleged exhibitionist has already targeted three women since mid-August and last struck on September 5
The perpetrator has been seen wearing a camouflage T-shirt, slicked-back hair, sneakers, a backpack and no pants
In one clip, the suspected pervert is seen leaving the City Hall station at Murray Street and Broadway on September 5 around 2.30pm, according to The New York Post.
Police say minutes later, the man exposes himself to an unsuspecting 40-year-old commuter.
The alleged exhibitionist struck two more times in mid-August, baring his genitals first to a 32-year-old woman who was riding a northbound train.
The woman was able to depart at 28th Street, while the suspect remained on the train.
At around 4pm later that day, the suspect struck again, this time ambushing a 29-year-old woman aboard the R train, The Post said citing a police report.
The suspect was also reported to have flashed two women on the same day in the middle of August
That woman was also able to depart from the train, getting off at City Hall.
Commuters told the publication that they were disgusted by the man’s alleged actions, describing it as disturbing.
‘America is a free country but not like that! To be without clothes!’ Nina Athanasacos, a 45-year-old Astoria resident, told The Post.
She added: ‘For me, if I saw that, I’m going to get scared. Especially if you have a kid with you.’
‘I’ve seen a number of different things on the train but not that,’ 37-year-old Brooklyn native Paul Fraser said. ‘Obviously it’s unfortunate, s**t like that does happen.’
While Hannah Speigel, 26, of Manhattan remarked: ‘That’s horrible and really disturbing… I don’t know how I would react in the moment.’
