A Democratic candidate for the Ohio governorship blasted the ‘feeding frenzy’ about sexual ‘indiscretions’ by recounting a lifetime of 50 sexual relationships with ‘very attractive females’ – then pitched his campaign to legalize marijuana.
State Supreme Court Justice Bill O’Neill wrote that he wanted to ‘save my opponents some research time,’ releasing a post where he bragged about his sexual exploits.
‘In the last fifty years I was sexually intimate with approximately 50 very attractive females,’ O’Neil, a sitting justice who said he will give up his seat one he files his campaign paperwork, wrote.
‘It ranged from a gorgeous personal secretary to Senator Bob Taft (Senior) who was my first true love and we made passionate love in the hayloft of her parents barn in Gallipolis,’ O’Neill, 70, began.

Then he added that it ‘ended with a drop dead gorgeous red head who was a senior advisor to Peter Lewis at Progressive Insurance in Cleveland.’
O’Neil modified his postings to remove the personally identifying information about the two women. He changed the description of the first woman to be a ‘gorgeous blonde who was my first true love.’
It included the hayloft reference but without the information identifying where her parents lived.
The advisor to an insurance executive became a ‘drop dead gorgeous red head from Cleveland.’
O’Neill began his rant with a comment on Sen. Al Franken, who is accused of groping a woman during a USO trip in 2006.
‘Now that the dogs of war are calling for the head of Senator Al Franken I believe it is time to speak up on behalf of all heterosexual males,’ O’Neil wrote.
‘We made passionate love in the hayloft of her parents barn in Gallipolis,’ O’Neill wrote of his first sexual encounter

O’Neill referenced what he called a ‘feeding frenzy’ about sexual ‘indiscretions.’
He ended his post by writing: ‘Now can we get back to discussing legalizing marijuana and opening the state hospital network to combat the opioid crisis. I am sooooo disappointed by this national feeding frenzy about sexual indiscretions decades ago.’
He signed the posting: ‘Peace.’
O’Neil’s campaign previously has drawn attention mainly for the complications of a sitting judge running for elective office.
O’Neill is one of several Democrats who plan to run to succeed term-limited Republican Gov. John Kasich.
He has said he would get out of the race if Richard Cordray, who this week announced he was stepping down from a federal consumer protection board, decides to run.
