Ohio woman sticks tongue out while taking mugshot for drunk driving arrest

An Ohio woman donned a wacky face after she was arrested for drunk driving and accused of threatening to burn down her neighbor’s home. 

Amber Legge, 32, was arrested by Huber Heights police after reports came in of a woman operating a vehicle impaired around 3.15 on Friday. 

The Piqua, Ohio, native was said to have threatened her neighbor over money, according to WHIO. 

She left from her house soon after the argument only to return later and threaten the victim. 

 “(The victim) indicated that Legge then returned to her residence…began calling her a ‘dope friend’, threatened to beat her, burn her house down, and contact Children’s Services,” the police report details. 

An additional witness corroborated the details regarding Legge’s threats toward the victim. 

She was arrested for aggravated menacing and operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and drugs. 

The woman is currently being held on a $5,000 bond at the Montgomery County Jail.
