Jensen Counts, one, was miraculously only bruised after the shocking attack in a Crest Foods parking lot on May 24

An Oklahoma teenager was caught on camera taking a baby from a shopping cart and slamming him to the ground, before blaming the shocking attack on ‘laced marijuana’.

Security camera footage from a grocery store parking lot in Edmond shows the 17-year-old grab Jensen Counts from his restrained seat and throw him onto the tarmac in front of his horrified mother.

‘He literally just picked up the car seat and threw it with the baby in it,’ a 911 caller said, according to Oklahoma News 4. ‘You could hear the baby screaming.’

Jensen’s mother Dusty told KOCO-TV: ‘He was screaming. Naturally I got him out of the car seat as fast as I could, to make sure if he had bumps or bruises or was bleeding.’

Police released a video of the May 24 incident on Tuesday, during which witnesses also said they also saw the teenager jumping on the hood of car and flipping off people.

‘He jumped on my hood and he kicked the grill on my truck when he jumped off,’ another 911 caller said.

The teenager then reportedly stripped off his clothes and sprinted through the neighborhood.

At one point during the bizarre rampage he was captured on a second surveillance video attempting to bend a parking sign in half with just his hands.

Police responded to a 911 call from the Crest Foods parking lot at around 7.40pm and said they later located the suspect lying in a driveway in the same neighborhood as store.

The 17-year-old’s pupils were dilated and his eyes appeared bloodshot and watery, KOCO-TV reported.

The teenager then reportedly told police to ‘shoot him’ and even requested a knife so he could ‘do it himself’ before being treated by paramedics at the scene.
