On Thursday, Roxy denied an allegation that suggested she would star on Channel Ten’s reality show, noting: ‘Lisa and David Oldfield are your couple’.
Now, Lisa has told Daily Mail Australia: ‘It would be nigh on impossible for David and I to leave our two small boys for a month to spend in the wilds of South Africa’.

In response to Roxy’s allegation, she returned serve, asking: ‘Really? Well she knows how to spin PR I guess’.
The Real Housewives Of Sydney star however insists: ‘Admittedly, I’d find David and I eminently more watchable’.
The war of words started after I’m A Celeb hosts Dr Chris Brown and Julia Morris claimed ‘Australia’s most dysfunctional couple’ would enter the jungle on Sunday.
It was then alleged to Daily Mail Australia: ‘It’s Roxy (and husband Oliver Curtis)’ who would ‘leave on Saturday’ to compete on the show.

When contacted for comment, the PR queen told Daily Mail Australia that she and her husband were not the ‘dysfunctional couple’ entering the jungle.
Roxy insisted Channel Ten’s clue ruled her and Oliver out, as the pair are ‘far from dysfunctional’.
‘Oli and I are not entering the jungle for channel ten and we are far from dysfunctional in fact quite the contrary,’ she said.

Both Roxy and Lisa remain adamant with their assertions, suggesting only time will tell.

It’s unclear whether Channel Ten has opted to fly in the high-profile celebrities as a result of the show’s ratings.
On Wednesday, the show attracted 515,000 viewers across the 5 metro cities, far behind rivals Married At First Sight (1.13 million) and My Kitchen Rules (930,000).
Daily Mail Australia has reached out to Channel Ten for comment.
