Olivia Rodrigo and music producer Adam Faze have broken up

Singer Olivia Rodrigo is living the single life again, after her and music producer boyfriend Adam Faze have broken up.

The 18-year-old Good 4 U singer was spotted with the 24-year-old producer first sparked romance rumors when they were seen holding hands with each other at the Space Jam: A New Legacy premiere in July.

While neither Rodrigo nor Faze officially confirmed their relationship, they were believed to be dating for seven months before calling it quits.

‘They’ve been over for a bit now,’ a source told People of the relationship, as Faze recently shared photos from New York City where he’s based.

While they never confirmed their relationship, she revealed in June that she’s in a much happier place then she was when she wrote her hit debut album Sour.

‘I’m just constantly learning and growing at such a rapid rate. I’m writing songs and I’m really happy. I’m a lot happier than I was when I wrote that record, which is great,’ Rodrigo said.

‘I’m a lot more confident, which I think is a good aspect of growing up. We’ll see what the next era brings, but I’m excited to start working on it,’ she added.

Rodrigo burst onto the music scene in early January 2021 when she released her first hit song Drivers License.

The song topped the Billboard Hot 100 singles charts, making her the youngest artist ever to debut atop the singles charts.

She released her debut album Sour in May, which has been nominated for seven Grammy Awards, with a global tour coming this spring.

Rodrigo also revealed on Thursday the first trailer for her Disney Plus film Olivia Rodrigo: driving home 2 u (a SOUR film).

The film, slated to debut on the streaming service on March 25, will take audiences, ‘on a familiar road trip from Salt Lake City, where she began writing her triple-platinum Geffen Records debut album Sour, to Los Angeles.’

‘Along the way, Rodrigo recounts the memories of writing and creating her record-breaking debut album and shares her feelings as a young woman navigating a specific time in her life,’ the description adds. 

‘Through new live arrangements of her songs, intimate interviews and never-before-seen footage from the making of the album, audiences will follow her along on a cinematic journey exploring the story of Sour,’ the description concludes.

The film will 11 songs from the album performed with brand new arrangements in unique locations, including Mojave Airplane Boneyard, Roy’s Motel & Café, Arcosanti and the Red Rock Canyon State Park.
