The billionaires – dubbed the Bling Brothers because of their lavish wealth – were alleged to have coerced him into a disastrous series of deals which saw him repay more than £37 million on a £12 million loan.
But a judge ruled against Mark because he ‘lied and resorted to forgery, deceit and impersonation’ but added: ‘None emerge with great credit.’
Mr Justice Nugee ordered Mark to pay £5.7 million in interim costs by January 11 – but this is just half the £11.4 million the Candy’s spent on legal fees.
