One of the world’s BIGGEST Primarks has everyone saying the same thing

When you think of a trip abroad, shopping in Primark may not be at the top of your sight-seeing list but one particular store has got people reaching for their passports.  

Located on the Grand Via in Madrid, Spain, in a former department store premises, the ‘shopping mall’ is set over 12,000sq ft and five massive floors, leaving one Instagram user to say they felt like ‘a kid in a candy store’.

Despite only offering viewers a glimpse of the massive shop, the viral video has left social media users in a spin with many desperate to get their hands on the goodies it has to offer.

Although the award for the fashion brand’s largest shop in the world goes to its flagship store in Birmingham, England, fans of Primark say they’re prepared to fly to Spain just to see the impressive store for themselves.

Rushing to the comments section under the video, people were quickly tagging pals to organise flights abroad just for a cheeky shopping trip.

One eager Primark fan wrote: ‘Feck Birmingham we go to Madrid’

‘Booking the flight right now,’ added another.

Meanwhile, a third viewer attempted to use their children as an excuse to go, writing: ‘Trip to Madrid? For the kids of course.’

‘Oh lawdy we would be in there for four hours,’ joked a fourth social media user.

‘We’d be in our element!!!,’ enthused another person about the colossal store.

Speaking over the images, the creator of the video says: ‘This has got to be the biggest Primark I’ve ever been to in my life.

‘It was literally like a shopping mall. Five floors, 12,000m2, I couldn’t believe my eyes. I felt like a kid in a candy store.

Earlier this week, Primark announced they were reintroducing women-only changing rooms after being met with backlash over only offering unisex places.

The famous Irish, low-cost fashion brand is set to make the change after a woman revealed how a man ‘burst in on her’ while she was trying on clothes.

Primark has vowed to bring back female-only changing areas to 187 of its 191 stores in the UK ‘in a matter of weeks’.
