OnlyFans Lucy Banks: I know I’m the favourite mum at the school gates for all the dads

A self-described ‘hot mum’ has copped backlash after claiming she’s the ‘favourite’ among dads at the school gates.

Lucy Banks, 31, made the cheeky comment which she says was intended as a light-hearted joke. But instead she was ridiculed by strangers.

‘Guess why I’m the favourite mum amongst the school dads. No seriously guess,’ she wrote alongside a winking emoji.

The single mum from Perth recorded herself sitting in the car outside the school gates and shared the clip online where it’s had 1.7million views.

In 2019 Lucy decided to ditch her 9-5 banking job and start her OnlyFans career. Today she brings in between $35,000 and $60,000 every month.

‘Because your humble?’ one asked, while another wrote: ‘Because you love yourself?’

‘No ring… that’s why,’ a third added. Another said: ‘You reverse into parking spots.’

Others were far more ruthless with one person writing: ‘I cant think of anything sorry.’

Another questioned her comment and asked: ‘How do you know? did they tell you?’

Lucy responded to the backlash by telling FEMAIL she believes that ‘those who are hurt tend to only hurt others’.

‘No one happy or successful is spending time trolling on TikTok,’ she said.

‘As long as I can go to bed every night knowing that I haven’t personally hurt anyone and I haven’t done anything mean – then all the backlash doesn’t bother me. Water off a ducks back.’

She added that the video ‘wasn’t meant to be serious’.

‘I’m simply a content creator aiming for views. It’s astonishing how a simple caption can elicit thousands of comments,’ Lucy continued.

‘Coincidentally, when the comments started flooding in, I was unexpectedly hospitalised for an unrelated matter.

‘It was an incredibly distressing experience to be in the hospital, trying to communicate with my family while simultaneously viewing a constant stream of notifications filled with hurtful messages questioning my character.’

Last year the self-proclaimed ‘hot mum’ purchased an investment property for her sons with the earnings made from OnlyFans.

She says the X-rated platform gives her the freedom to be a better parent to her primary-aged boys and her new purchase is proof of that.

‘My eldest son did school banking earlier this year and immediately questioned his teacher about deposit interest rates. I wish I had that kind of financial acumen at 20, let alone before I was 10,’ she said.

When Lucy, who bought her first property in 2021, started discussing building an investment property, the kids immediately wanted to know more and how they could contribute.

‘My kids both gave me $100 each to ‘invest’ in this new house; once we have tenants in it, they’ll both receive $5.50 each a week.’

Lucy said her boys came up with the idea and earned $100 each from doing chores and saving birthday money over a period of time.

‘It never even crossed my mind to include the kids in buying investment properties but my eldest son is so excited and is constantly talking to me about how to maximise their investment,’ Lucy said.

‘They have already worked out that by the time they are adults themselves, they will have enough for their own house deposits – all from this initial $100 deposit as children.’

The four weirdest requests Lucy has had on OnlyFans since starting

1. Asked to oil herself up and slide across the kitchen bench on her tummy. She was paid $300 for 15 seconds of video

2. Asked to create a three-minute video showing all of her stretch marks, loose skin, scars and any ‘imperfections’ on her body.

3. Asked her to film a video with her phone on the ground, looking up, making her look really tall while pretending to be a giant stomping on people.

4. Make a video of herself fully-clothed, pretending her phone is the subscriber while rolling her eyes, then ignoring him.

Lucy is mindful of the potential future challenges that her children may face getting into the property market once they are adults.

‘Buying a property is such a huge hurdle. There is no way I could have bought a property as a single mother, without OnlyFans. There are plenty of people that will judge me for my job, but I am so grateful to be able to provide for my children so they don’t have to struggle like I have had to,’ she said.

‘My boys won’t be receiving hand-outs or trust funds – but I will put them through the best schools and I will help them be financially smart. The rest is up to them.

She added: ‘They also make typical kid choices, like spending money on Roblox and chocolates! But ultimately, they’re conservative with saving the money they have earned.’

Lucy is open about her new career choice and has raved about her newfound ability to work around her lifestyle as well as her kids’ busy schedules.

‘My kids go to two different private schools that cater to their individual needs; it takes me three hours every day to do the school run, but it’s worth it,’ she said.

‘After school I help with homework, cook dinner and put them to bed. My current job allows me the flexibility to do that… my former job did not.’

Speaking with FEMAIL previously the creator said women from all walks of life have approached her to ask about her work on the platform.

‘I have had lots of friends ask about it. Nurses, doctors, teachers, a friend that works in car sales, admin, and also stay at home mums,’ she said.

‘It’s hard for people to take the leap because of the stigma. But from where I am sitting, it’s like lots of women would love to do OnlyFans. It’s just the stigma that holds them back.’

The career move hasn’t been easy and Lucy has seen just how passionate some people are when it comes to knowing someone in the adult industry.

‘We are so harshly condemned – we are torn to shreds online. I’ve had to seek multiple restraining orders on women who have been jealous and angry,’ she said.

‘I cop so much criticism but it’s worth it to be fully present for my boys’ childhoods, be able to babysit for another parent and buy a house and promise my kids that we will never have the power switched off again.

‘I work so hard; it’s not an easy job. To be honest, the hardest part about it is trying to exist in society amongst people’s slander and judgment.

‘Say all you want about me, but I feel like the luckiest mum ever.’

But she is passionate about her chosen career and says she would do it all again in a heartbeat.
