An OnlyFans star has been hit with nearly 200 criminal charges and will spend Christmas in a cell after she was allegedly found with a large horde of dodgy identification documents.

Skye Louise Rivers, 44, of Cairns, was initially hit with 142 charges levelled against her in August after a two-year police investigation.

But detectives in October added a further 50 charges against Ms Rivers – who goes by the moniker ‘Down Under Barbie’ on adult website OnlyFans.

Police will allege in the new charges she used driver’s licences, credit cards, and Medicare cards between August 2019 and September 2021 to fraudulently secure bank accounts, lines of credit and phone accounts.

Her lawyer indicated she intends to plead guilty to the remaining charges, a judge said.

The new charges appeared in Cairns Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday where it was revealed the original batch of charges had been listed for sentence in Townsville on January 24, 2022 despite being already dealt with by Cairns Magistrate Joe Pinder, reports The Cairns Post.

‘Madam, Ms Rivers has matters that are a part-heard sentence before me on a series of, a very substantial number of charges, where the sentence has in fact commenced,’ Mr Pinder explained to Ms River’s Townsville lawyer Tracy Brown.

‘The purpose for the matters coming back on here was to determine what the position was in respect of these (new) charges and in fact your agent’s indicated pleas of guilty, and they were to be relisted before me.’

Mr Pinder attempted to have all the offences dealt with in Cairns but discovered doing so would require a Legal Aid file to be directed back from Townsville.

He then listed the sentencing for the 192 charges to proceed fresh in Townsville on January 24 – with Ms Rivers remaining behind bars.

Her charges include theft of mail, possessing and receiving tainted property, forgery, counterfeit currency offences, and fraud offences including alleged pawnbroking of stolen goods, use of stolen credit cards and fuel cards, and the falsified creation and utilisation of business accounts, as well as obtaining or dealing with identification information and two counts of impersonation.
