OnlyFans star Lily Phillips horrifies viewers as she reveals she doesn’t know that HIV is sexually transmitted –  after bedding 100 men in a day

An OnlyFans star who slept with 100 men in a single day has left social media users ‘sick to their stomach’ after making a shock admission she didn’t know HIV is sexually transmitted.

Lily Phillips, 23, from Derbyshire, bedded the men in October to create content for her OnlyFans page, and also chronicled the experience for the Good Squad Productions YouTube documentary, I Slept With 100 Men in One Day.

In one moment from the documentary, which has been widely shared on social media, host Josh Pieters asks the adult star how she feels about men leaving sexual fluids on her face on in her mouth.

When she confirmed she was happy with this arrangement, he asked how she felt about HIV, and whether she thought about the possibility of contracting it through oral sex.

Lily responded: ‘Is that where it comes from? Like s***k in the mouth?’ to which the bewildered host replied: ‘You can.’

The adult star continued: ‘Really? See, I’ve never really thought about that. Last time when I did it, all of them could s***k in my mouth.

While she had publicly portrayed the stunt in a positive light, the documentary reveals some of the nauseating downsides to filming extreme sexual endeavours for content.

In one clip from the documentary, Lily can be seen sobbing as she told host Josh Pieters: ‘Sometimes you just disassociate… it’s not like normal sex at all.’

‘In my head I can think of five, six guys, 10 guys that I remember. And that’s it. It’s just weird, isn’t it? If I didn’t have the videos I wouldn’t have known that I’d done a hundred.’

Lily’s shock confession in the clip has since prompted over 900 people to share their bewilderment, with many urging the OnlyFans star to seek ‘mental help.’

One person wrote, ‘This can’t be real,’ while another said, ‘She needs help. Serious mental health help.’

Others were left feeling queasy, as one wrote: ‘I think i just threw up in my mouth.’

Another commented: ‘I just can’t…. even looking at her now turns my stomach a bit.’

Meanwhile, a number of people shared concerns about Lily seemingly failing to prioritise sexual health during her romps.

One baffled viewer wrote, ‘Wait? Did she not test the men???’

Another responded: ‘They said in the documentary “men with tests take priority” but end up letting a bunch of randoms with no test proof in because a bunch of guys cancelled the day of.’

A third wrote: ‘That pretty much sums it all up, she hasn’t put any thought into any of her choices.’

However, some were left unfazed by the content creator’s admission, as they explored the possibility that Lily was creating click bait narratives for views.

One person wrote: ‘This has got to be a joke, all for fame and click bait, while another said: ‘I don’t think she’s really that ignorant or naive.’

It comes as the British sex worker who was deported after she offered to sleep with Schoolies and film their encounters for an adult subscription site has broken her silence to deny claims that her outrageous stunt was ‘predatory’.

Bonnie Blue, whose real name is real-name is Tia Billinger, sparked international headlines last month when she boasted about her plans to fly to the Gold Coast for Schoolies Week to offer free sex to 18-year-old boys on the condition they let her film it and upload the content to her OnlyFans account.

Despite her poor experience bedding 100 men, Lily is determined to raise the bar by sleeping with 1000 men in 24 hours for her next sexual stunt.

The eye-watering encounter will be filmed and livestreamed via Lily’s OnlyFans page for her 36,000 subscribers to enjoy.

She has advertised it online with a picture of herself in a white lace camisole top accompanied by the tagline – ‘1,000 men in 24 hours. Male talent casting call. 18+ only. Location TBC.’

‘I dreamed it up with my assistant. I can’t wait… it’s very exciting. It will be a world record. A real challenge!’ she previously told DailyMail.com.

The current record holder is a woman called Lisa Sparks who had sex with 919 men in Warsaw, Poland, in a day in 2004.

‘Imagine getting that far and not making the thousand!’ Lily laughed.

Reflecting on sleeping with 100 men in October, the English rose referred to it as a ‘warm up’ exercise.

‘That was a little warm-up – to limber up for the big one. Like doing a 10k before the marathon,’ she said.

‘And it is like a marathon! I carb-loaded the night before with a huge bowl of pasta,’ she continued.

‘It’s really tiring. Not just physically, but mentally – I like to be chatty and chirpy – to help them feel relaxed, because a lot of them are very nervous.

‘It was a huge success, but I was so tired afterwards. I celebrated with a Nando’s and then slept solidly for 14 hours.’
