‘Verified drink bottle organisation hack,’ Steph posted on Instagram.

‘Save this one for later. Use good old wine holders from Kmart to store your drink bottles. You can also use wine racks.’

The mum-of-two demonstrated how neat and tidy everything looks when she uses the wine bottle holders.

If you want to clear out your kitchen or pantry, Steph first of all recommends clearing everything out and giving it a wipe down:

‘Get everything out of your pantry and cull the old items, getting rid of anything that is past its use-by date,’ Steph said.

‘You would be surprised at how much has actually expired and needs to be replaced!’

Once everything has been removed and you have got rid of anything that is past its best-before or use-by date, then you need to categorise everything and group similar things close to similar items.

‘Place everything into similar groups like sauces, spices, spreads and cans,’ Steph advised.

‘Think about the categories that will work best for your specific family, lifestyle and taste.’

The blogger’s pantry, for instance, is split into spices, sauces, spreads, baking, health foods, side dishes, snacks, kids’ snacks, pasta, cereal and back stock.

When it comes to getting maximum from your pantry, you need to embrace smart storage solutions that make the most of your space, whatever the size (Steph's pantry pictured)

When it comes to getting the maximum from your pantry, Steph said it’s all about embracing smart storage solutions that make the most of your space, whatever the size.

‘For small pantries, you want to choose long and narrow tubs,’ Steph said.

‘You can get some great tubs that are designed for neatly storing specific items, such as this fridge can organiser.’

She said if you have a bigger space, you have a few more options, like baskets from Bunnings Warehouse, which look nice and are great for storing foods like cereals.

‘Some other handy tips are to use file holders to organise Tupperware lids or baking trays, I also use magazine holders to store the kids drink bottles,’ Steph said.

She also likes using lazy susans in her fridge or pantry so she can easily see and access things like sauces, oils and vinegars.

Finally, the mother-of-two (pictured) suggested you should label everything - as this will save you lots of time in your shopping and cooking down the track

‘Labelling is one of my favourite parts of organising,’ Steph said.

‘Once you have selected your tubs for each category and placed them back in the pantry, you can label each tub, bottle or container to make it simple for the whole family to find what they are looking for – and to make it easier when putting the shopping away!’
