Australian shoppers are obsessing over the Orion Turtle Chip Chocolate Churros that are typically found in Asian grocery stores – but the product has landed in Woolworths supermarkets.

Made in South Korea, the indulgent chips are shaped like turtle shells with four crunchy layers, topped with sugary sprinkles.

Shopper Sammy, from South Australia, shared a TikTok video of his review after his girlfriend spotted the product at Woolworths.

‘Turns out my girlfriend is the CEO of finding weird s*** in shopping centres. Turtle chips – churros flavour, what the f***,’ he said in the video.

‘They look pretty weird.’

But upon smelling the chips after opening the packet, Sammy was pleasantly surprised, saying the snacks are ‘unreal’.

‘They smell pretty incredible actually. I’ll tell you what – these are actually pretty damn good.’

‘Found my wife’s Turtle Chips. And I almost ate the whole bag,’ one man said, while another added: ‘They are the tastiest snacks ever.’

The Turtle Chips were first launched in South Korea in September 2020 – and they were so popular, the products were sold out. 

The sought-after snacks have since returned following high demand – and it’s now available Down Under.
