Oscars 2023: Margot Robbie presents at awards show after being snubbed in Best Actress category

She mysteriously skipped the red carpet at the Oscars on Sunday.

But Margot Robbie turned heads as she presented an award at the star-studded ceremony in Los Angeles alongside Morgan Freeman.

The Aussie actress, 32, put on a busty display in a stunning sequinned off-the-shoulder gown as the two stars linked arms and walked on stage at The Dolby Theatre. 

The Barbie beauty glowed in her glamorous gown, which she accessorised with a pair of art deco earrings and a matching ring. 

She had her long bronde locks down in a sleek straight style with a middle parting and sported a natural makeup palette. 

Earlier this year, it was revealed that Margot was not nominated for her lead role in Babylon.

Babylon received rave reviews and tells the story of the rise and fall of a number of character during 1920s Hollywood.

According to the Evening Standard, La La Land director Damien Chazelle worked on the storyline for more than a decade before filming began.

Not that Margot has time to dwell, as she is gearing up for the release of her next hugely anticipated move, Barbie.

Images for the Warner Bros film have already been shared alongside a teaser trailer which currently sits at over 700k views.

Ryan Gosling plays Ken, whilst Margot has taken on the iconic role as Barbie.

The bombshell has previously insisted that the movie will surprise people.

She said: ‘Something like Barbie where the IP, the name itself, people immediately have an idea of, “Oh, Margot is playing Barbie, I know what that is,” but our goal is to be like, “Whatever you’re thinking, we’re going to give you something totally different — the thing you didn’t know you wanted.”‘

The film will be released in July 2023.
