A £10 eye shadow primer has been declared ‘the best in the world’ by a leading blogger as dozens of beauty experts clamour to get their hands on a bottle.
The P. Louise Base is sweeping social media after being given the seal of approval by Nikkie de Jager – aka NikkieTutorials, who has a 9.4million-strong following and has praised its long-lasting properties.
The cult product – used as a base to keep eye shadow in place without caking or ‘creasing’ – is the brainchild of British makeup mogul Paige Louise.
After deciding to create her own shadow base, Paige launched the product in January much to the delight of her followers – and has since announced more shades to hit shelves in May.
