MailOnline has reached out to representatives of Paloma for comment, in relation to this article.

Paloma has two daughters, aged five and 20 months, with partner Leyman Lahcine, and has spoken candidly about her struggles with her post-partum figure.

The couple began dating in early 2013 and are said to have married secretly in 2017.

However, rumours of a split have swirled as the pair no longer follow each other on Instagram, and at the start of the year the singer and actress announced that she was in the middle of a personal life crisis.

She previously admitted she was having a personal life ‘crisis’ and gets ‘anxiety’ from ‘being around people’ in January.

The talented star shared a selfie at the time, as she explained her social media absence and assured fans she’s working on new music.

She penned: ‘I havent [sic] been posting much on here because I’ve been having a few crisis in my personal life.

‘But I want you all to know I’m grateful for you all and I’m writing new music, and working on loads of bits and bobs too.

‘But I’m in the middle of what can only be described as a cluster f**k. It’s music and writing and working keeping me going!

‘Also, food for thought, you never hear a man described as a “career man” do you I’ve been described so many times as a “career woman” and it just dawned on me.’

Earlier this year, Paloma defended her choice to keep her children ‘out of the public eye’ as she juggles her career with parenthood.

In an interview with SheerLuxe, she said: ‘I’m quite spontaneous but parenthood has taken a lot of that away. I’ve surrendered to it now, because I know having children was my choice, but I also know the notion of ‘having it all’ is a complete illusion.

Paloma explained that for mothers, balancing a career with parenting can be ’emotionally difficult’ due to ‘guilt’ and requires ‘sacrifices’.

She continued: ‘I don’t believe in gender specific toys or clothing. I mean, I don’t wear a dress every day so why shouldn’t I let my child wear what they want or play with toys they like?

‘If either of my children came to me unsure of their gender, I’d be supportive. It’s such a complicated issue, and I don’t know that I’d encourage a full sex change before the age of 21, but I’d want to encourage them to embrace who they are.’

Paloma added that she didn’t want to ‘perpetuate stereotypes’ as she joked that it was important for both a man and woman to hoover the home.
