Pamela Anderson has claimed her ex Adil Rami ‘crushed’ her hands to the point of ‘cracking’, and has posted photos and video of the alleged aftermath.
The Baywatch actress, 52, claimed on her website she waited six months to seek medical attention after allegedly sustaining the injury, and says she withheld from doctors the real reason behind her pain, instead telling them she believed it was arthritis.
Adil, 33, denied Anderson’s accusations of violence over the weekend, and the actress addressed his denial in her latest post, writing, ‘Maybe he doesn’t understand what abuse is.’

Pamela appeared to be at a doctor’s office in the video, as a man wrapped up her hands with a bandage.
In another photo, she appeared to be sitting on a hospital bed, her hand covering her face.
‘When he crushed my hands especially my right one till they cracked. It took me 6 months to go to Dr,’ she wrote.
In addition to photos depicting her visit, she posted a photo of her medical bill, which cited her reason for the visit as osteoarthritis.

‘I told them it felt like arthritis (so this is what they put down) – (I couldn’t say he hurt me to the dr) though I did tell his sister and the concierge to Olympic De Marseille who took me what really happened. The sister just told me to be patient. That he was changing.’
She claimed she was unable to write or open bottles with enduring pain.
‘He would hurt me in ways you couldn’t see. Grabbing me roughly – intimidating, holding me with his physical strength. It letting me leave. Taking keys from me In car not letting me move.’
Pamela claimed Adil was possessive, and would not allow to be anywhere other men would be.

‘The lies were only a small part of his controlling tactics. I was not « allowed « to be anywhere men are. Of course impossible. Do he was always angry – I had to vidéo all around me – always, cars , hotel rooms, dinner tables, still nothing was ever enough. While he carried on. Now my feelings are confirmed. People that are extremely jealous are usually the ones being unfaithful.’
‘Now he’s actually denying any abuse,’ she continued. ‘Maybe He doesn’t understand what abuse is. It’s not my intention to hurt him. He still is only angry that people know. Not upset that he did anything wrong.’
Pamela alleged Adil threatened to break her legs last week, but held off because she is a woman.

‘He threatened to break my legs last week. – and then would say. Because I don’t hit women. You are lucky. You are not a man.’
She said Adil wants to talk things through.
‘He has still explained nothing while calling from multiple numbers and emailing me daily many times. He wants me to return to France so we can talk and he said he has proof of all. ? Of what?’

But Pamela is not interested in seeing him again, writing: ‘No thanks.’
‘He won’t give me my belongings or even my medication. At least my dog Zuzu is safe,’ she finished.
Pamela announced she had ended it with Adil after two years together last month, claiming he had been cheating on her with his ex-girlfriend, Sidonie Biémont, and accusing him of abuse, claiming he ‘crushed’ her hands’ and ‘threw’ her around by the hair.
Over the weekend, Adil denied her accusations of violence and infidelity, posting onto Instagram in French: ‘I wish to tell you that these accusations of violence are completely false and I can’t let them run.’
