Pantsuits have never been more fashionable, as seen as stars like Tracee Ellis Ross and the runways

Whether you’re back in the office or working remotely, it’s time to suit up, ladies!

No lewk will make you feel more powerful, and getting dressed professionally doesn’t have to be boring.

‘Suiting has gone beyond its traditional perception, more liberated now through color, proportion, and general sense of styling,’ said Emily Smith, Lafayette 148 Creative Director.

‘There’s something empowering about wearing a fully tailored look,’ said Emily from Lafayette 148.

Adding: ‘It’s no longer serious or masculine and no longer limited to the boardroom. Suiting has taken on an expressive sensibility: cool, feminine, yet still empowering and luxe!’

We saw this to be true on multiple designer catwalks.

From suits featuring hyper feminine accents at Prabal Gurung to sets cut in alternative shapes at Proenza Schouler, pantsuits that can be worn for any occasion came down the catwalks during New York Fashion Week.
