The married couple of 17 months are among the elite 864 members – which reportedly include Gisele Bündchen, Ben Affleck, Jennifer Lopez, Justin Timberlake, Jessica Biel, Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, and Warren Buffett.
Only homeowners can become Yellowstone Club members and there’s a long waiting list for condos costing around $6M-$30M on top of the initial $400K fee and $60K/year dues.
The 42-year-old hotel heiress-turned-reality TV icon enjoyed ‘sliving down the slopes’ of the Rocky Mountain resort, which boasts ’29K powdery acres’ with 18 ski lifts and 100 largely vacant runs.
In 2021, a group of Jamaican cooks, bartenders, and housekeepers settled a discrimination lawsuit against the club: ‘They watched other workers at the club – who were not black or Jamaican – do the same work as them, but be treated entirely differently.’
