The 42-year-old media personality put on a glamorous display in a bright green sequined gown with short sleeves and cutouts at the bust to resemble a halter style.
To go with the dazzling dress, she sported a pair of silver, pointed-toe heels adorned with delicate studs.
While posing on the red carpet at the star-studded affair held at the Watsco Center in Coral Gables, Florida, she also sported chunky, diamond-studded statement bracelets.
The entrepreneur — whose bombshell memoir is set to be turned into a television series produced by Elle and Dakota Fanning — also carried a sparkly, rectangular clutch.

The model looked incredibly chic with her platinum blonde tresses styled into a twisted updo with her bangs swept to the side to frame her features.
As for makeup, she rocked a sultry and shimmering smoky eye teamed with dark eyeliner as well as full, fluttering eyelashes.
For a radiant flush, she wore a peachy pink blush and highlighter for a subtle glow.
The reality TV star finished off her look with a coral pink glossy lip.
For an additional touch of glamour, the socialite wore a pair of large diamond stud earrings.
She also showed off her massive sparkler of a ring from her husband, Carter Reum, 42.
The venture capitalist — whom she married in November 2021 — was not present at the award show.
Her younger sister, Nicky Rothschild — who celebrated her 40th birthday on the same day — was spotted in attendance.

Just earlier this year, Hilton and Reum welcomed their first child together.
In January, the happy couple announced that they have expanded their family with the birth of their son, Phoenix Barron — who is almost nine-months old.
Two months after his birth via surrogacy, she released her bombshell tell-all memoir — Paris: The Memoir on March 14.
Ahead of celebrating her sister’s birthday and attending the award show, it was announced that A24 had acquired the rights to her memoir for a TV series adaptation.
According to Deadline, Hilton’s entertainment company 11:11 Media, the Fanning sisters’ Lewellen Pictures, and David Bernad’s Middle Child Pictures will be producing the show.
