Paris Hilton’s sister Nicky SLAMS cruel ‘bullying’ of her nephew Phoenix’s head size: ‘It’s so demented’

Paris Hilton’s sister Nicky called out the bullying of her nine-month-old nephew, Phoenix Barron Hilton Reum, after internet trolls criticized the size of his head.

While attending the Glamour Magazine Women of the Year event on Tuesday night, the socialite, 40, condemned cruel questions and online speculation about the perfectly healthy baby boy’s appearance.

‘I think that if you are bullying an infant then you have serious issues and you really take a look at yourself,’ the fashion designer told Page Six at the Glamour Magazine Women of the Year event on Tuesday evening.

The mother-of-three continued: ‘It’s so demented.’

Her comments come just two weeks after her older sibling, 42, hit back at trolls, who made vile comments about the size of her little one’s head.

‘There are some sick people in this world. My angel is perfectly healthy,’ Paris wrote on TikTok. ‘And yes, of course he has been to a doctor, he just has a large brain.’

Hilton shares her son with husband Carter Reum, 42.

Last month, the reality star, DJ and heiress shared a statement on X (formerly Twitter) defending Phoenix and warning haters that ‘targeting’ him was ‘unacceptable.’

In the text post, Hilton also defended herself for sharing photos of her son, who was born via surrogate, as she said people would assume she was ‘not a great mother’ if she didn’t share images of him occasionally.

‘Living life in the spotlight, comments are inevitable, but targeting my child, or anyone else’s for that matter, is unacceptable,’ Paris began her note.

‘This hurts my heart more deeply than words can describe,’ she continued, adding a broken-hearted emoji.

She added that she had tried to foster ‘love, respect, and acceptance’ in the hope that they would be reciprocated.

Hilton also explained that she was in a catch-22 when it came to what she shared — or didn’t share — about her baby son’s life.

‘If I don’t post my baby, people assume I’m not a great mother and if I do post him, there are some people who are cruel and hateful,’ she continued with a tearful emoji.

She described herself as a ‘proud working mom’ and called little Phoenix ‘perfectly healthy, adorable and angelic.’

‘I’ve dreamt of being a mom for as long as I can remember,’ she gushed, adding that ‘Phoenix is my world and has been the biggest blessing of my life.

‘Every day with him is a reminder of what truly matters. It’s hard to fathom that there are people in the world who would target such innocence,’ Hilton wrote.

She concluded with her hopes that ‘people can treat one another with more kindness and empathy.’
