Patsy now lives in Malibu with her family where she practises a life of wellbeing.
She recently shared a bikini picture on social media and wrote: ‘Just allow it to unfold. Meditate daily. It’s the best thing I have ever embarked on.’
Promoting her brand, Good & Proper Hair, she continued: ‘Try @goodandproperhair and receive a guided meditation, enjoy’.
Patsy has spoken before about how meditation has helped her handle her struggles with mental health.
She has previously revealed how the practice saved her life when her mind threatened to take over.
Opening up on her Instagram back 2020 she said: ‘We all go through bad stuff. For me I have been there. I have been where too many do not come back from. Let that sink in.
‘I’m grateful for asking for help…It’s a strength not a weakness. We are all human beings.
‘There is no exclusivity to death we will all leave at some point. We are all one and should be helping each other not hating each other.’

During her rise to fame, the Bethnal Green native experimented with drugs and alcohol, but later overcame her substance abuse with therapy.
She told The Sun’s Fabulous Magazine at the start of the year: ‘It feels so foreign now, I’m so far removed from it… I couldn’t even do yoga when I was in my 20s because I couldn’t sit still.
‘Right now is the happiest I’ve ever been. I’m always in the now and it’s the only place I want to be.’
