Paul Pogba is set to leave Manchester United this summer after reportedly turning down a long-term £50m contract offer from the club.
Questions surround the Frenchman’s future at Old Trafford with just 12 months left on his current deal and Paris Saint-Germain interested in making a move.
The 28-year-old’s unwillingness to sign a new contract until now has forced United to look at the prospect of selling their record signing this summer or risk losing him on a free next year.

United have now been dealt a blow in their ambitions to keep Pogba, with the Daily Mirror reporting that the midfielder has turned down a contract offer worth £50m.
The Red Devils offered Pogba a massive £350,000 per week deal, which would have been a big rise from his existing £290,000 a week contract.
Pogba and agent Mino Raiola are said to have snubbed the deal in a bid to force through a move to French giants PSG.
PSG are one of the few clubs in Europe who could afford his salary and think they can persuade United to sell for around £43m although it’s believed there has been no contact between the two clubs yet.
United though are not prepared to let Pogba go cheaply and are only willing to sanction any sale if their £50m valuation is met.
This still would be a big loss in comparison to the club £89m fee they paid for Pogba to return to Old Trafford in 2016.
His second spell at United, in which he has scored 38 goals in 199 appearances, has failed to live up to expectations.
Pogba has struggled to replicate his performances for France at Manchester United
Pogba’s performances for the Red Devils have failed to match those for France, who he helped win the World Cup in 2018.
He is due to return for pre-season training shortly after Euro 2020 and a family holiday in Florida.
Asked about the situation last month, he said: ‘I have one year left on my contract, everyone knows that. There have been no concrete proposals for extensions. I’m still in Manchester.’
United signed Donny van de Beek as cover last summer in case Pogba left, and are being linked with a number of possible replacements including Declan Rice, Eduardo Camavinga and Saul Niguez.
