Pedro Pascal, 50, fuels plastic surgery rumors as fans are convinced he’s had cosmetic procedure

Pedro Pascal sparked plastic surgery speculation as he touched down at the airport in Nice, France on Friday for the 78th Cannes Film Festival.

The Last of Us star, 50, cut a casual figure as he made his way through the airport, but it was his sharp jaw that had the attention of fans.

His jawline appeared more defined than ever, though others speculated that it wasn’t due to a cosmetic procedure but simply to weight loss.

The Narcos star looked effortlessly cool in a head-to-toe Bottega Veneta travel look, including a $3,300 khaki jacket with the luxury house’s signature woven leather collar.

He paired the look with a $8,400 Andiamo leather messenger bag, blue jeans, and gold-emblemed loafers. 

But despite the trendy look, it was Pedro’s sculpted features that intrigued fans, with one writing ‘New Jaw!’ underneath photos of the actor at the airport shared on X.

‘Oh that surgeon is GOOD,’ another chimed in.

‘He looks different,’ another comment stated. 

Some speculated about the actor getting a ‘neck lift’ with one writing,  ‘Fresh neck lift is sitting’ and another adding, ‘Oh that neck lift did him well!’

Others wondered if his prominent jaw was due to weight loss.

‘Is he dropping weight for a role?’ one asked.

‘He must be hitting the gym because he looks way slimmer.’

‘It’s amazing how skinny he looks here vs when he’s on a show or something… wonder if he’s lost weight recently.’

Pedro was in Cannes for the premiere of his latest film Eddington, where he stars alongside Joaquin Phoenix, Emma Stone, and Austin Butler. 

Eddington, a western from writer-director Ari Aster, centers on conflict between the mayor (Phoenix) and sheriff (Pascal) of the small town of Eddington, New Mexico. 

And on Friday his co-star Emma appeared to have an epic red carpet meltdown when an unexpected guest got up in her face at the Cannes Film Festival.

While posing for photos alongside Pedro and Austin at the screening of Eddington, the 36-year-old actress’ face suddenly twisted in surprise and fear.

Her co-stars started laughing at her reaction as a bee started flying a little too close for comfort and tried to help her swat it away.

As she was breaking down over the sudden surprise, her two co-stars tried to save her as Butler attempted to blow the bee away but accidentally made it fly even closer to Stone.

Then, Pascal waved the bee away with his hand before wrapping his arms around Stone to catch her when her knees’ buckled and she pretended to melt away in relief.

Later, Stone also suffered a wardrobe wobble, but luckily, the fan-favorite Hollywood heartthrob came to her rescue.

Pascal held onto her before, during and after the surprise attack and protected her from the bee.

He kept a steady arm on her back and shoulders as she leaned back as far as she could to avoid the bee landing on her face.

Angelina Jolie also hit the Eddington premiere on Friday, after Pedro was linked to her ex-husband Brad Pitt’s ex Jennifer Aniston.

On the red carpet he helped swat away a bee that came in Emma’s direction

He looked elegant in a black suit and eyeglasses

He later made his way over to the after party and had a change of glasses

He chatted it up with Jaoquin at the bash

Pedro has been linked for the past several months to Aniston after they sparked romance rumors with a three-hour dinner date in Los Angeles.

Aniston used to be married to Jolie’s ex Pitt and the three were the subject of cheating claims for years.

It is not known yet if Angelina mingled with Pedro inside the premiere.
