Last Of Us star Pedro Pascal smiles as he picks up a green juice in Los Angeles… after the premiere of season three of his Star Wars series The Mandalorian

Pedro Pascal smiled as he stepped out in Los Angeles on Thursday morning.

The 48-year-old performer had just picked up a green juice and briefly stopped to speak to a few of his fans.

Pascal kept it casual while wearing a black crewneck sweater and a pair of gray shorts during his outing.

The Narcos cast member added elements of color to his outfit with multi-shaded socks and a pair of beige shoes, and he accessorized with a stylish pair of sunglasses.

The Last Of Us star – who recently had a night on the town with Jon Favreau – is currently appearing in the cameo-loaded third season of the hugely popular space Western series The Mandalorian.

The actor has starred as Din Djarin in The Mandalorian ever since it premiered on the Disney+ streaming service in 2019.

The Jon Favreau-created program is centered on the eponymous character as he explores the galaxy alongside a Force-sensitive young alien named Grogu, popularly known as Baby Yoda.

Other cast members in the Star Wars-based series include Giancarlo Esposito, Katee Sackhoff and Amy Sedaris.

The Mandalorian was met with much critical acclaim and commercial success following its initial premiere.

The program’s second run of episodes debuted in 2020, and it was received well by both reviewers and fans.

The third season of the show premiered last month, and it is scheduled to a total of eight episodes.

A spinoff program entitled The Book of Boba Fett made its debut in November of 2020.

A second spinoff series centered on Jedi Ahsoka Tano is currently scheduled to premiere this August.

Pascal spoke about The Mandalorian’s third run during an interview with Collider, where he expressed that the show’s fans would be caught off guard by what the show’s team had planned for its new set of episodes. 

‘Without giving anything away, I would say that the surprises are not necessarily what you would expect from our experience with surprises previous to this season,’ he said.

The performer went on to state that he was particularly fond of how the program’s writer 

He stated: ‘There’s a kind of approach to the way the story is told that is sort of unexpected, and I love that. I know it’s all very vague, but it’s surprising what the surprises are.’ 

The sixth episode of the program made its debut on Wednesday night and featured cameos from performers such as Lizzo, Jack Black and Christopher Lloyd.

The singer shared a post to her Instagram account on Thursday that was comprised of several photos that had been taken as she worked on the program.

The 34-year-old performer also penned a short message in her post’s caption to express how grateful she was to have been able to work on the program. 

She recalled: ‘When Jon Favreau called me and offered the role of The Duchess I cried all day…I am in honorable company and forever grateful.’
