Personal trainer, 24, gets 3kg weight plate stuck on his penis after bizarre attempt to make his manhood bigger went horribly wrong

A PT was left with a weight plate stuck on his penis and in excruitiating pain after a bizarre attempt to make his member bigger went horribly wrong. 

The 24-year-old, from India, assumed he could ‘transform’ his manhood in the same way as his biceps and quads.

As part of his DIY method, he inserted his flaccid penis through the hole of the metal plate weighing roughly 3kg (6.6lbs). 

The man, who wasn’t identified by doctors who shared his unusual case, proceeded to stimulate himself to try to lift it with his erect penis.

He ‘ignored’ the ‘mild’ pain and swelling he felt soon after his attempt began.

Instead of quitting, he continued in ‘excitement’, according to an account published by medics in the journal Urology Case Reports.

They wrote: ‘After sometime, when intensity of pain and swelling increased in penis, he tried to remove the weight plate but couldn’t do so. 

‘He panicked and decided to visit the doctor.’ 

The man, who went to hospital two hours after placing the weight on his penis, was accompanied by unnamed relatives.

Urologists described his penis as being ‘incarcerated’ and shared gruesome pictures of it swollen. 

Attempts to slide the plate off with a painkilling gel were unsuccessful, as were drug and initial surgical efforts to reduce the swelling. 

Surgeons were eventually able to slide the plate off by trying another method to relieve his swelling. 

He was discharged the next day.

People have used different methods, such as tape, plastic bottles, rings and keyrings to carry out the act.

Doctors have to release the penis from the constricting object urgently to preserve blood vessels and body tissue.

Penis amputation is required in the most severe cases.
