Personal trainer Michelle Bridges jokes about doing housework wearing a ten kilogram vest

Michelle Bridges has taken her workout to the next level by wearing a ten-kilogram weighted vest.

The personal trainer shared a video on social media during her intense fitness regimen, which included exercising on the cross-trainer and performing push-ups.

Michelle, sporting a long blonde bob, paired the blue weighted vest with a pink shirt, sleek tights and joggers.

Housework? The vest is part of Michelle’s activewear range which is set to be released later this year, which Michelle said she will be wearing as she does the housework

The extra weight on her back didn’t appear to slow the 47-year-old down as she went about her routine.

She expertly completed the intense work out – even holding a push-up as son Axel, 2, crawled under her to retrieve a ball mid-exercise.

‘I did so much more than what you see, whatever exercise you do, it absolutely turns up the heat,’ The Biggest Loser trainer captioned the video.

She even joked about incorporating the exercise tool into other parts of her life.

Michelle said: ‘Tomorrow I’m doing the housework wearing it! Win, win workout and chores done.’ 

The vest is part of Michelle’s activewear range which is set to be released later this year.

The equipment range also includes weights such as dumbbells. 

Michelle has released the range in the hopes that it will make exercise more convenient for busy women.
