Fitness inspiration force Madalin Giorgetta Frodsham has shared the secrets behind her ‘bubble butt’ workout, and revealed it doesn’t involve doing a single squat.
The Perth-based Instagram model is a social media sensation with thousands visiting her site each day to fawn over her desirable derrière.
The 28-year-old recently spoke about her exercise routine, specifically to address the amount of time she spent doing squats.
She said contrary to current thinking that the best way to a better-looking and more toned butt is to bend, she doesn’t do squats at all.

Although Ms Frodsham admitted there were benefits to the glute-enhancing exercise, she wasn’t a fan.
‘Squats are an amazing compound movement and should definitely not be discounted,’ she wrote on an Instagram post.
‘But I hate squats so I never squat. Luckily for me, squats aren’t the only exercise that grow the booty!’

In addition to her intense training schedule, she also shared she consumed 2300 calories a day
Instead Ms Frodsham said she uses a range of different of body building strenght training techniques to maximise her gains
‘Incorporate hip thrusters, glute bridges, cable kickbacks, banded abductions and lateral band walks into your workout routine and watch that peach grow!’
She concluded the post with a reminder to her followers to think strategically about their training.
‘Remember, results are seen with consistency, dedication and SMART work. Work smarter not harder peeps!’,’ she said.

The training expert previously explained on her blog that the secret behind her ‘bubble butt’ was her six day a week glute workout.
She divided these exercises into stretchers, activators and pumpers.
‘Stretchers are high intensity exercises and you’ll need between 3-4 days rest between activators. Examples include weighted squats, deadlifts and lunges,’ she wrote.

‘Activators are moderate intensity exercises and you’ll need between 2-3 days rest between stretchers.
‘Examples include weighted hip thrusts and glute bridges, cable pull-throughs and cable kickbacks.
‘Pumpers are low intensity exercises and you’ll need 1 day rest between pumpers. Example include bodyweight squats, resistance band glute bridges and resistance band crab walks.’

Ms Frodsham also consumed more calories to help feed her expanding posterior.
Before her transformation, the 28-year-old was eating no more than 800 calories a day in an attempt to slim down.
Now, the Instagram model consumes 2,300 calories each day.

Ms Frodsham also shared a video of herself in a crop top and booty shorts to show that even she has wobbly bits – but says she loves them.
