It wasn’t just the humans who got to dress their best and flaunt their style at Australian Fashion Week as some furry four-legged friends strutted their stuff too. 

All eyes were on a group of adorable dogs as they strutted down the runway modelling a new designer collection of pet clothing and accessories. 

The exclusive collection by Petstock was designed in collaboration with high-profile labels Romance Was Born, The Upside and Double Rainbou and features doggy jackets, jumpers, bow ties, leashes, collars and bandannas. 

There is also a range of matching pieces for owners to look just as stylish as their pooches. 

Alongside a human model companion, the fashionable fur babies donned the chic outfits that are sure to be the envy of all at the dog park this winter.

Fashion Week regulars including stylish Donny Galella, comedian Tanya Hennessy and influencer Sabrina Treffiletti showed why a stylish dog in their designer outfits is set to be next season’s hottest accessory. 

The range is available in store and online from Petstock until stocks last while The Upside, Romance Was Born and Double Rainbouu will have human pieces in matching prints available to purchase.

Prices range from $15 to $90 and the clothing is available in sizes extra-small for puppies up to extra-large for bigger breeds like Golden Retrievers and German Shepherds. 

Rebecca Ryles, Head of Private Label at Petstock said 20 per cent of all sales of the collection will be donated to the Petspiration Foundation to help people and pets in need. 

‘Each brand has brought their signature designs to our new pet pieces, giving pet owners and their beloved dogs a fun, unique and creative way to express their own style while staying on trend,’ she added.
