Phoebe Burgess flaunts her off-duty style in a $700 jacket as she gets breakfast in Sydney after ex Sam announced engagement news

Phoebe Burgess’ ex Sam Burgess recently announced his engagement news. 

But the former WAG, 35, continued her dignified silence when she was spotted grabbing breakfast in Sydney on Thursday. 

Phoebe, who currently helms Vogue’s Under The Gloss podcast, was clearly focused on herself while running errands in the Harbour city. 

Bowral-based Phoebe kept her look glamorous by wearing a $700 Camilla and Marc denim trench while grabbing a smoothie. 

Phoebe paired the trench with fitted white jeans and a white top, which hugged her figure. 

The fashion star finished her look with a Bottega Veneta cassette bag which she carried, stylish designer sunglasses, and black heels. 

She wore minimal makeup and wore her blonde tresses down. 

Phoebe has been keeping herself busy amid family news involving her ex-husband Sam Burgess and partner Lucy.  

Last month, it was announced Sam, 34, was engaged to his pregnant partner Lucy.

The Rugby League player proposed to the stunning Leeds hairdresser, 33, during their babymoon in Fiji and are set to welcome their first baby together in three months.

The footy star is said to have told his family and Rabbitohs co-workers about his plans to pop the question before the couple left for the trip, according to The Courier Mail.

While they are yet to confirm the happy news on social media, Lucy documented their lavish babymoon heavily on Instagram.

The couple, who both hail from the UK, are expecting their first baby together in September.

Earlier this year, Phoebe opened up about her split with Sam and said it was her two children who saved her from despair during the break-up.

‘That was the only solid thing that I held onto. That was it. They needed me,’ she said in an emotional episode of her Under the Gloss podcast.

Sam and Phoebe married in 2015, separated in late 2018 and resumed their relationship in early 2019.

They split permanently on October 2 that year and later divorced. The former couple share daughter Poppy, six, and Billy, four.
