The brave animal saved its bacon by making a dramatic leap from the top of a truck destined for a slaughter house.
As the video begins the hog can be seen looking over the edge of the vehicle, contemplating making the, more than 10ft, jump.

As the pig edges closer to the drop, a flustered man quickly grabs hold of its tail and tries to pull it back.
The bizarre clip, which surfaced on YouTube, then shows the man yank the pig back right as it is about to fall to the ground.
But just as he thinks he’s won the tug-of-war contest, the pig makes one final dash for it – and it proves to be too strong for the man.
