Pink reveals how she saved her marriage on 60 minutes

She’s the mother to Willow Sage, 6, Jameson Moon, nine months, and wife to professional motor cross racer Carey Hart, 42.

And, although her 16-year marriage has been rocky, on Sunday, Alecia ‘Pink’ Moore revealed her relationship is stronger than ever.

Speaking to Allison Langdon on 60 Minutes, the 38-year-old said she has reached a point where she doesn’t ‘hand back her wedding ring every night.’

When asked if her relationship was still ‘volatile’ and ‘combative,’ Pink said things had changed.

‘We have learnt the art of communication,’ she said. 

‘I don’t hand my wedding ring back every night like I used to. ‘ Cause that’s just dumb and I can’t actually get it off.’

Admitting she’s an ‘enabler’ but doesn’t think she’s hard to be married to, the What About Us singer said the problem in their relationship is that her and her husband both have dominant personalities.

‘I will lawyer the sh*t out of him. I take it to court and I want to talk about each little point before we move on, and he just gives up,’ she said laughing.

During her tell-all interview Pink also revealed that she would be returning to Australia in July and August next year.

Pink’s 2013 Truth About Love tour saw her play to over 600,000 Australians, the most ticket sales ever sold by a female artist.

Fourteen shows have been confirmed by the artist and will take place across the country from July 3 to August 15. 

The tour comes as part of her latest record Beautiful Trauma set for release this coming Friday 13 October.
